How can I create a outline box around a part of an image as seen below in this example? I am using Snagit 10.0.1

Hopefully the image came out so you could see what I'm looking for.

Thanks for your help,

Scott

Actually, the video does not apply to version number 11. The text box that you used in your example does not appear in version 11. You can add text to some curly cue call out tool, but there's no simple text box. In previous versions. I added text one or more times to each captured image. I'm not looking for a callout tool that has a tail on it - I want these square / rectangular text box.

I have been disappointed every time that I've updated Snagit from version 7 through version 11. instead of fixing the problem  SnagIt has just simply removed  the problem feature .. There are a number of examples  which I would be happy to give.  Can't capture text?. This is a major use of a screen capture  tool.  Trying to capture an HTML link is not even mentioned  in help files.

I have been burned too many times  when I have tried to  update  the SnagIt  capture tool  expecting to find  solutions to long-standing problems . . I would appreciate it if someone, anyone , would help answer my question on the missing text box.

There have been a number of posts in the forum asking about the missing text box. I have not seen a single straight out answer to the question. Hopefully asking the question again will bring about a useful answer. I would greatly appreciate that.
