CSThumbnailer.dll crash

I noticed a recurring problem with Camtasia after update to 2020. My OS is Windows 10 x64 with the latest updates.

When I edit the video, sometimes Camtasia gets suspended (what I see in the task explorer) and I see how its memory usage drops down. After that it gets closed. In the events viewer I see the following report in the applications section:

the report is in Russian, so I translated myself the russian words:

Failed application: CamtasiaStudio.exe, version: 20.0.1.21329, timestamp: 0x5ea6e0d5
Failed module name: CSThumbnailer.dll, version: 20.0.1.21329, timestamp: 0x5ea6dfb3
Error code: 0xc0000005
Error offset: 0x0000000000009cd1
Report identifier: d0528e4a-a6c8-441f-9036-3e9caf6bd700

There is some other data but absolutely irrelevant such as the path to the exe file which is default cause I installed the app with default settings.

and I also see the following report:

Application: CamtasiaStudio.exe
Platform version: v4.0.30319
Description. The process failed because of an unhandled exception.
Error description: code 0000005, address 00007FFA7ACC9CD1
Call Stack:

(call stack is empty)

I also see another crash when Camtasia eats up to 4gb of RAM but in another library called CSMediaLib.dll. But that happened in Camtasia 2019 as well. I can provide any information you need to fix all the problems.

Instead of solving my tasks, I have to fight with Camtasia. If that situation continues I will have to switch to another product, unfortunately. I just can spend so much time.
