Ever since migrating to Camtasia Studio 9 from 8 I've had an issue that has plagued me and is about to push us back to 8. Whenever I'm editing a video I've recorded as a .trec the cursor will sometimes just disappear from the edited footage. Yes it was recorded and is initially there. This happens for various reasons, but most often when performing an extend frame (we do not used stitched footage). The cursor will disappear from the extended frame, and also the adjacent footage. In the case of the live footage, I have to reload the project and it returns. In the case of the extended frame, I have to copy the extended footage to another track and re-create the extended frame. This is super annoying and virtually unusable at this point. I've tried checking to see if the opacity of the cursor was some how getting adjusted and this is not the case. We switched to Camtasia 9 for the 64 bit support, but at this point it has been nothing but headaches.
