cursors in powerpoint

So I record audio, import that file to camtasia, then I import ppt slides and match it all up.  now i want to add a cursor and point to things.  can this be done?  can't seem to find...i try clicking on cursor and its grayed out...

you'll only have a cursor if you record it

have you tried just playing the PPT show while you narrate and use mouse/cursor, all the while capturing the screen action with Camtasia Recorder?

Instead of the cursor (usually small) consider using Callout arrows. Much easier to see, fully adjustable and you'd have a variety of color options. Just a thought.

thanks for the replies. i've tried the narration but my computer audio isnt that good and the headset wasn't great either.  i found i get the best audio  result recording into my iphone lol...but i'll give it another try.  will also try the arrows...
