Custom Animation Not Working on Windows 10 Lenovo Laptop

From Animations, I drag down "Custom" to the timeline.  I expand the arrow and then when I'm in the red circle at the end of the arrow, I zoom.  Unfortunately, when I replay the timeline, the zoom affected the entire time line, even before the arrow started.  This only happens on my laptop, not my desktops.  Is this a driver issue? Has anyone else experienced this?

richlocus I cannot say I have experienced that problem. I just tried this on a friends Lenevo Laptop and could not get that to happen for me. Sorry that is not much help but I wanted to at least give an answer.

Maybe try contacting TechSmith Support which is free and they can give you an explanation. The link for support is below:

Fred:  Thanks for your reply.  It turns out it was my "user error".  Instead of dragging the screen, I clicked the widget at the top of the screen that adjusts what you see.  For example, "Fit", 100%", etc.  That is not the lever you need to use!!  When I used the Zoom feature or used my mouse to change the screen size, everything worked as it should.  Chalk it up to my learning curve.

Thanks!!
