The Camtasia recorder has a screen draw function built into the recorder.

Under the screen recorders tool bar you select tools, recording toolbars and put a checkmark next to the effects tab.

If your recording is a small enough area of your screen to still see the Camtasia recording toolbar. It is easy to access the screen recording tools and make changes. I'm really not that familiar with the tool and all the drawings you make on your screen recordings are burned in and cannot be edited. There are also not been pressure sensitive and rather jagged so I wouldn't call the tool all that neat and tidy.

I'm not sure how you gain access to the Camtasia PDF help manual for Mac. But I'm sure full instructions for how to use the drawing tool are available. I'm a Windows user and just happened to click on your post.

Ideally, if you're just trying to draw on a still image or something along that line. You might be better off finding an application that runs on a Mac. And works better than the Camtasia screen draw tool.

Anyway, hope this helps you out a bit. Regards, Joe
