SnagIt 13. Please put Crop back as it was. The new way is slow and takes forever. It's terrible.

Hate the new toolbar. Slow and I like to get to work. Put it back like it was.

Have cursor default to "Select." I hate having to change it when I change images.

When I save an image, at top of page, * is still visible.

Back for more as I discover things. Thanks.

Oh, I know it sounds negative but I love SnagIt. Love the "Save As" option (ctrl 2).

I am a power user of Snag It for years and have it running on multiple machines.  I just want to share that on my main machine I still run Version 12.3.2 and I will never ever ever ever update this as long as I can hold out.  The latest version is absolutely a mess to use in so many ways I do not want to even begin.  I am totally depressed with the idea that you took a great simple program and turned it into a nightmare.  Still the best out there, but I now  have alternatives for the first time in like a decade on my machine for doing what Snag It use to do so simply.  I have waited a long time to say this figuring I would get to like the new version.  I do not.

I've been using crop 13 for a year (or whenever v13 came out) and I still don't like the new crop! At all! Change it back to the easy way of doing things Techsmith.

I'm more than a bit confused with this reply.

I've been using SnagIt for years myself.

While I'm aware that 13 offers this rather arcane looking crop tool function, it hasn't altered my ability to crop as I always have. I never use the actual crop tool myself. While I understand there is something called the "rule of thirds", I fail to see how the crop tool actually helps in any way. So I've just ignored it.

I do suppose YMMV though.

Cheers... Rick :)
