Don't cover small centered images with SnagIt input/dialog boxes

Hi! Small but persistent annoyance:  User input/dialog boxes (eg. "Torn Edge" or "Resize Image") are always first displayed right on top of the image, often completely obscuring the image.  So the first step--and I do this a zillion times a day--is to click on the dialog box and drag it off of the image so I can see the immediate affects of the parameters I'm changing.  Would be nice if those dialog boxes could sense they are about to completely obscur an image, and display themselves not centered, but somewhere in the black space surrounding the image.

In v18 mine pops up on the right side over the effects menu.

Is that what you mean?

If so I  don’t quite understand the issue.

Yikes, I have a really old version (12) -- didn't realize that.  Sounds like dialog box behavior has changed in the latest versions.  Thanks.
