Don't display resize handles when dragging on the canvas

Hi, I do a lot of cursor animation to clean up jerky cursor movement when doing screen recordings, and in the process of that, I'm constantly dragging images of the pointer cursor to precisely position on top of a recorded cursor (that I'm then going to hide), animate my cursor to eliminate some sloppy recorded cursor movement, and have my animated cursor line back up with the recorded cursor later in the timeline. This is tedious, but the result looks great -- all of my sloppy recorded cursor movement is eliminated and I've got good clean motion showing.

I have two difficulties with this, one well-known -- that trying to drag a small graphic often ends up resizing it rather than dragging it, but the other one I haven't heard talked about before. Namely, why are the resize handles visible in the course of a drag? Here I am, dragging my cursor graphic into place to align precisely on top of the last "good" position of a recorded cursor, and the graphic cursor I'm dragging has all those resize handles obscuring my view while I'm trying to position it.

My suggestion is to simply turn off display of the resize handles while in drag mode.
