Don't over-ride user choice for colour of title bar in Windows

I find it really frustrating when software vendors decide they know better than I do what colour I want for the title bar of the active window in Windows 10. Windows 10 has a setting for Settings | Personalisation | Colours | Show the accent colour on the following surfaces | Title bars

When I set that to a colour of my choosing, I should be able to tell at a glance which program has the focus. Not so when a vendor decides they know better than I do what the colour of the in-focus program should be.

If you insist you think you know best and want to over-ride my choice (by default) AT LEAST give me an option in the configuration such as "Follwo the Windows setting for colour of title bar"

I fail to see ANY, I repeat ANY valid reason why you should force the colour of the title bar!

IF it is not respecting the windows theme, it needs to be fixed.
