Where do I find the zoom feature in Snagit 11.4?

I have been a Snag-it user for many years and liked your upgrades until now.  I rely on the zoom feature to help with editing of the screen captures.  I can no longer find the zoom feature.

The items on the tool bar have been moved, and there is no option to put them back where they were before the upgrade.  I don't want to have to go looking for things just because the programmer decided to move them or omit them.

How do I go back to my previous version of Snag-it and shut off the auto-upgrade?

Isn't the zoom available in the bottom right-hand side of your Snagit Editor page?

Hi Pat,

Greg is correct, the zoom capability is still available in the lower right of Snagit Editor. We wanted to make zooming easier to do regardless of which tab you happened to be on (you previously had to switch to the Image tab every time you wanted to zoom).

If there are other features you are trying to locate, we've created a handy "where is it now" tutorial here: http://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-snagit-11-finding-features-in-snagit.html

If you would like to revert back to an older version, they can be accessed here: http://www.techsmith.com/download/oldversions.asp. However, we'd really like to hear your feedback on the changes if you're willing to share the pieces of Snagit that have been moved around.

Thanks,

Jason

Is there an intermediate zoom between 50% and 100%?

Took me 30 min to figure out this... Why don't you leave both options for new and seasoned users? Also we should be able to customize our tools as well - add/remove stuff (not talking about quick access toolbar). I sincerely enjoy more the Older version functionality although the new version looks better - productivity was better before.

I just uninstalled this new version and I am very happy with my 10.0.2 version.

Any change that moves from a method that can be accessed via a keyboard shortcut to one that REQUIRES moving the mouse is, from a usability perspective, Non-Optimal

They just killed the freaking magnifying glass (!!!). So you'll have to move around the mouse on screen to "guess" where the zoom goes. This is a nightmare! You need to select the glass and point where you want the zoom to go! Are you guys nuts?! This seems to be made by someone who don't actually use this editor. Plus, do something about the image filters, etc., very poor the way it is - you don't have any proper tools for smudge, soften, sharpen, blurry, etc. - helps a lot removing scratching or fill in gaps. It's about time!!!!!!!!!!!111111
