This happens if your DPI settings for Windows is not set at 100% (the required DPI setting). Please right-click on your Desktop and go to Display Settings and set the DPI to 100% then restart the computer.
Mmhh.. it's still shrinking the display (plus is almost impossible to read at 100% on this screen) After some trials, it also happens when changing the rssolution. So why can it be? Should I uninstall and reinstall?
