Like it is possible to drag an image from the recent pictures on the bottom, I would like to have the possiblity to show the library and the canvas at the same time to be able to drag an image from the library on to the canvas.

this is especially handy when you have stored a number of standard pictures in a folder and want to reuse them.

Just load the pictures and they will be on the bottom bar where they can be copied and pasted where you want

This is an option indeed, but it pollutes my recent captured tray as I'm using a lot of images, which I have structered in subfolders, by loading all those pictures it will be difficult to find the correct image

You can go to the editor preferences and on the Library tab you can increase the "recents' to 15. You CAN drag them around in WIndows Explorer and Snagit seem to keep track of what you do there. It would be a bit easier if they would allow a preview in Windows Explorer like we get with a PNG or JPG file
