Dragging images from Snagit -- Windows vs Mac

Hi all...I recently switched from Mac OS to Windows 10.  The Snagit UI is a little different between the two and I have two questions I hope someone here can help me with:

1.  In Mac, my library of recent captures lives across the bottom where I can easily access the image and drag it into another program for sharing.  In Windows, it appears I have to click to get to the Library and then share. Is there a way (a panel/option I've missed) for putting the Library at the bottom while on the editor screen?

2.  In Mac OS, I can just grab a newly captured image and drag it to a program.  In Windows, it appears I need to save it first and then drag it...otherwise, it shares the image as a .snap image, which no one can open.  Am I missing something here as well?

Thank you for your assistance!

You can drag images from Windows "Recent Capture Tray" into other applications.

If you open an image from the Library, it will appear in the tray.

You can toggle the 'Recent' tray too.
