E-mail Support

I have questions regarding Snagit, which I have a license and have had a license for many years.  I am trying to get support after hours when I am at my PC and can troubleshoot via e-mail but there are no options to do so.  Your website also has no option to create a support ticket that you'd then receive during the day.  Since I am not near my PC during YOUR working hours it makes no sense for me to call you only to have to try to explain an issue that I cannot see or troubleshoot at the same time.

It would be extremely helpful if your customers could submit issues after hours for you to then respond back during the day.  Then I could fully explain the issue I am experiencing without having to post it publicly or track you down via Twitter and receive your response later the next evening when I am again back at my PC.

If you visit the TechSmith web site Support area there is an option to submit a ticket.



I believe this works exactly as you are suggesting you want it to.

When I choose that option it takes me to the screen to select the product, Camtasia, Snagit, etc.  I'll try a different browser but so far that just seems to go in circles.

I cleared my browser history and went back and now I was able to submit the support ticket.  Thanks for the response.  :)
