Editing shortcut image per image on the timeline for mac

I am editing a video with pictures and sounds.
I need to be very precise (timing is at the exact image position not at the second... ).
A shortcut to move a media at an image level would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure I'm following your workflow.

With Camtasia for Windows,
You can right click an image in the Media Bin and select  "Add to timeline at playhead"
Or, with playhead snapping enabled. You can drag an image from the bin and snap it to the playhead.Which is the exact frame the playhead is positioned at.

I'm not a Mac user, I don't know if the mac version can do this?

If you zoom into the timeline all the way.
All the hash marks represent 1 Frame increments.
If you drag the media left or right slowly. It will move one frame at a time.

Hope this helps
Regards,Joe

They are both worded quite differently.
Plus, that thread was pretty much a dead end. No helpful advice was offered.
