Hi - is it possible to add captions to video in Morae Manager? Or, should I be able to input my Morae Manager clips into Camtasia so I can edit there? If so, how can I do that? I am guessing Manager isn't supposed to be the editing tool I use for videos?

As you have seen, Morae Manager is not the sophisticated video editing tool that Camtasia is.  If you want to add captions (or do other editing not supported by Morae), you will need to get the clips into Camtasia.  There are a couple of different ways to do that from Morae's "Present" tab.

If you want each clip to be a separate media item to import into your Camtasia project (for maximum flexibility), you can select them all in the clip bin, then right-click in the clip bin and select "Produce and Share Clips...".  In the dialog, choose to "Produce to File".  On the next page of the dialog, you can pick your compression option.  "WMV" is probably the most convenient, because each clip will show up as a separate file in the same output folder.  Then you can import the clips into Camtasia and do your final editing there.

If you want all of your clips to be combined into a single media item to be imported into Camtasia, arrange them all on a storyboard.  Right-click on the storyboard and select the "Produce and Share Highlight Video..." option.  Now you can choose to "Produce to File" and get a single video file to import into Camtasia.

I hope this helps.  Let me know if you have more questions.
