Hello,

Can you please specify where you are trying log in? Is it for Screencast.com, the Techsmith Key Lookup tool, or through the TechSmith website under the support section?

I think you will have the best results by working with our customer service team directly. Often when it comes to account trouble there's sharing of personal information, and they can do this privately with you.
