I want to link from an .mp4 created in Camtasia for Mac to other pages and videos hosted on my sites. The videos exist as .mp4 files on AWS. Is there any way to accomplish this?

no, this is not possible with video files.
What you can do, is put the text of the URL in your screencast. It will show on screen.

The TechSmith Smart Player supports this functionality if it is possible for you to host it as well as the .mp4 file. In Camtasia for Mac, you can add a hotspot and specify a url that the hotspot links to. The viewer can then click on that hotspot in the video and be taken to the url. Here is a written tutorial on how to do this: https://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-camtasia-mac-interactive-hotspots.html

If you host your videos on Vimeo, you can specify that a clickable link be displayed after a video plays.
