Embed two video streams (one primary, one secondary) where a viewer can click to choose which is full screen, which thumbnail size

I'm looking for a platform for video sharing that allows the user to choose which angle (in this case from two separate video sources) the said project/topic would be displayed.
Say there is one screen capture video (of a screen running the software in question) and simultaneously there is an external video capture (of the hardware the software is running on). With ONE audio (narration) stream.
These two streams would be running simultaneously and the viewer could choose which one of the two streams he/she wants to see in more detail. If video 1 would default to full screen size and video 2 to thumbnail size (say by default), the viewer could at playback any point be able to click the thumbnail size video 2 to make it full size while automatically making the video 1 shrink to thumbnail size.
This could be useful for training purposes (which is why I am mentioning this - as I need something like this to exist).
On top of that, it would be really useful, to have say video 2 to be a 360 video, which once clicked and made full screen from its thumbnail size would now let the user pan to the right area of interest, view and then perhaps switch back to the original video 1 of a non-360 video of just the screen capture again.

Good luck with that! I don't believe it's possible to achieve using Camtasia.

your :idea" made me curious

is this the type of playback behavior you're looking for?

suggestion: keep the hotspots in the same location

can you post a screenshot of project on timeline, at ctl-shift-7 zoom, show entire project

I've extended my initial example project to run for 60 seconds

Example 60 Second Toggle-able Video Displaying 2 Separate Video Streams 2019-09-18-Shifted

some build out tips to improve hotspot  performance ...

when placing the go-to-time points along the hotspot callouts, place them at the mid point of the hotspot callouts

my example uses 1 second hotspots; using 2 second hotspots can often improve behaviors when viewing on slower internet connections; network connection speeds can make a difference in how these types of videos perform

best performance is seen when these productions are viewed off the local machine
