I am producing a video using PowerPoint, I have an embedded video in PowerPoint. How do keep the video’s audio in the Camtasia file?

Hi Dennis,

Are you saying you have a PowerPoint presentation you want to record and make into a video?

And the PowerPoint has a video inside of the presentation that has audio?

And when you record the presentation the audio is not appearing in the recording?

If this is so, you will want to make sure you have the audio option enabled in the Recorder. Also, the Record System Audio option should be turned on.

For more information, open the Camtasia Studio help file and do a search for "Record Audio in Camtasia Recorder".

I hope this helps!

Hi Kelly,

I did the search as suggested and I got a list of topics most were not relevant to my question. Where can I find Record Systems Audio Options? What menu is it located in?
