Embedding a Camtasia quiz video into a Google Site

I created a video with quiz functionality using Camtasia 8, and it seems to work just fine when I launch the html locally. However, I want to embed the quiz in a classic Google Site, which is what we use for work. There was another user with this question about 4 years ago, but that thread has since been locked.

Basically, I'd like to know how to take these files that Camtasia creates (see below) . . .

. . . and incorporate them into a classic Google Site with the quiz functionality preserved. See below for the Google Sites toolbar, in case it's of any help.

Likely the best approach would be to upload the quiz video to a TechSmith ScreenCast.com account. Then use the Embed code from ScreenCast.com to insert the quiz into a page on your Google site.

Seems likely the user who has the question is asking it because they are hoping for a way to bypass ScreenCast.com since there is a limit to the bandwidth that ScreenCast will allow each month.  A teacher may have 50 or more student views on a given night - each view counts against the bandwidth limit.  I for one can find other uses for $10 per month or even $100 per year than paying ScreenCast to host my videos - especially if there is a (reasonably) easy way to do it yourself for no cost.
