Embedding video into LMS- canvas

I am using canvas as my LMS platform.  I have embedded the videos that I have saved in screencast because I want to use the PowerPoint recorded lecture with quiz feature. Some of the videos seem to embed just fine were others  I get this error see below.  I have tried to accept the cookies.  There are times when I delete the message and then re-embed the video it works fine.  I have also had time when I go back at a latter date when the video was working fine and then I get this new message.
How do I fix this?

It would help if you had a link to the page.  Do you clear your browser cache before testing a live webpage?  If you're analyzing site traffic, maybe turning off that feature will keep the cookie pop up from coming appearing.

Hi milleben,

I'm sorry you are having trouble with embedded videos in your LMS. Could you describe how you are embedding Screencast in your LMS? Are you getting the embed code provided from the 'Share' option within Screencast?

Also, what privacy level is the folder that contains this media? Does it have an access phrase or does it require authentication?

Hello Paul,
Yes, I am getting the embed code from the share option in screencast. I modify the size making it a 720 x 418 size file. I do not have any access codes or privacy codes on the file (I did not know I could do that).

Here is the embed code that I am using

<!-- copy and paste. Modify height and width if desired. -->
<iframe class="embeddedObject shadow resizable" name="embedded_content" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" type="text/html"
        style="overflow:hidden;" src="https://www.screencast.com/users/milleben/folders/NURS%206450/media/50b53cc7-bd1b-445b-ae28-19c66170...; height="405" width="720" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen></iframe>

milleben,

Thank you for sharing the embed code! I don't see anything wrong with the code, and in fact I was able to embed it myself using a test site (not Canvas, though).

I'm curious now whether Canvas itself is somehow causing problems for the embed code. Unfortunately I do not have the necessary knowledge of Canvas to be of much help in diagnosing how that might be happening.

Would you be willing to contact support directly so that our support staff can assist you? If that sounds reasonable, you can go to this website and click 'Contact Support' in the popout that should show up shortly after the page loads: https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
