Maybe someone here is familiar with this topic... just want to verify the information that I found -  that there are no legal/copyright issues when you upload (your) videos to your company youtube channel, and also embed those videos on your company web site.

Legal or copyright issues as related to using Camtasia?

I'm not a lawyer and I didn't sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but I believe you are totally free to use the content you create where and how you like.

Now I HAVE seen reports in this forum where folks state that YouTube has issued some kind of a "strike" against their videos and claim they are in violation of copyright. Generally, I believe those have been related to the music that is provided. I believe I've seen TechSmith folks advise them to contact YouTube with some specific information that gets the strike removed.

Cheers... Rick :)

LOL - Thanks Rick.  To hopefully clarify...not related to using Camtasia, related to potential YouTube legal issues. I know that I can't get an official legal opinion, but thought maybe someone might have had experience with this.
