Enhancement Request: Rotatable Crop Box

Short: Provide a rotation property for the Crop tool

Long: Skewed videos may be rotated first, to match the "real-world" vertical of the canvas. This requires that the user take special care to visualize the "end-product" area within the skewed video and capture an area diagonal x diagonal. This can be tricky.

Would be nice to record an arbitrarily large area, manually determine (easy) and input the angular skew of the video, then set a Rotate property for the Crop tool. The cropped video would then align to the vertical of the canvas.

Meanwhile, the workaround:

0. Start with a video captured at some weird angular offset from real-world vertical.
1. Visualize the skewed rectangular area you want to keep by its corner-to-corner diagonals, then capture it within a larger capture box you're going to crop away.
2. Rotate and align this over-large capture to the real-world vertical axis of the canvas (ignore any triangular blank areas in the corners. )
3. If you want to do your edits now, place an Annotation/Rectangular Shape (Opacity = 0, Outline = whatever) as a boundary defining the maximum desired finished video area (Alternately, skip to step #4. )
4. Publish to .mp4.
5. Import the .mp4
6. Crop the .mp4 to the boundary.
7. Perform all edits not done in Step #3.

There's ALWAYS a workaround.
