Hi there -

I have been having a huge problem, here is some background information:

-My TSCC and Ensharpen codecs are up to date.
-I am trying to watch videos that have been produced with Camtasia 6.
-These videos are in .AVI format, encoded with the TSCC codec, 1024x768.

So here's the issue. When I try to play the videos on VLC (PC and Mac) I have zero issues, but when I try to play with QTPro 7 and QTX (PC and Mac) I have video artifacts from the cursor and things with more movement.

The problem goes further in that I am trying to take these compressed .AVIs and convert them to MP4s for iPhone/iPad playback. I have tried converting them in Camtasia 6 and QTPro 7 to MP4, but the artifacts continue to show up when playing on the iPhone/iPad/QuickTime.

Why is this happening, and is there any fix for it?
