Error with SCORM files

I'm getting "An Error occured while deleting the temporary SCORM files" in Camtasia 8.01 while producing mp4/html5 files. I got this error with just the zip file and both zip and unzipped files. Will these scorm .zip files still work with this error in an LMS?

Hello,
Would you mind opening a Tech Support ticket please? We can help you better there....
Please create a help ticket at: http://bit.ly/ts-support (Ask a Question tab). If you've never opened a ticket, you'll have to make a new account, but you will typically get a response within one business day.

Thanks,
Renee

There's a solution for this problem? I have the same problem here and I think that you could share with the community, not only by open tickets...

Hi Daniel,
Are you seeing the same error under the same conditions as youngt?

Hi Brian, yes, when I try to export in Adobe Flash/HTML5 formats, as result I have this warning.

I tried to export in MP4 to generate menus separately, but this problem still continues. I don't know whether this is due to a menu problem (the Camtasia's resource  "Table of Contents") or a issue in generetade file (like HTML5, Adobe Flash, MP4 etc.).

I had the same issue, once I changed the temp storage location to the C drive I was able to produce w/out the SCORM files error. To change the temp storage location, click Tools > Options > Temporary Storage Location
