Every time I have tried to record a video of my screen with the TechSmith Relay Recorder it fails after just a few seconds.

When I hit record it will start recording my screen but then not even 3 seconds later it will fail and come up with a message pop up saying failed, if it keeps happening report it to tech support. It happened about five times in a row.

This will be hard to diagnose over the forums- I think you'll be best served if you open a Support ticket and one of our agents can help you dig up the root cause-
