Exception when tunning ScreenCast

Hi,
I'm using ScreenCast (Formerly Jing) for years. I installed new notebook and installed the software downloading from my account.(Near the menu item "Explore ScreenCast Pro"-->Launch recorder at the top right) To be sure the setup file is 14.464Kb. It installs to;
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\RelayRecorder\
Im using windows 10 Enterprise N 64 bits. The installer did not add the app neither startup nor to menu. When I try to execute RelayRecorder.exe, nothing happens. In the event viewer of windows here is the log;

Application: RelayRecorder.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.IO.FileNotFoundException
   at SnagitLite.Utilities.CommonDependencyRegistrar..ctor()
   at RelayRecorder.RelayRecorder.Main()

What am I missing?

I think the problem is Windows 10 N. This version of windows intentionally leaves out the (important) multimedia capabilities that are leveraged to do video recording and playback. 

I believe you can fix this by installing these features here:

Hi Paul,
Thank you for the answer. I downloaded the pack and try to install, it says that it is not applicable to this computer. I have another notebook at the office, also Windows 10 N. It is workking fine. I believe build numbers are different. My version number is 1903.

Perhaps updating Windows will help then? Sorry, this is not something we see commonly, so I'm throwing some ideas out.

Dear Paul,
I did quick search about media pack. As I mentioned my version is 1903. And learned that It has a different media pack. You have to select version to download;
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack

When I installed the package, I installed Screencast again. It is working now. Thank you very much.
