Export Audio Only for the selected track only

As we know, Camtasia does not have an option of quickly toggling all tracks on or off, or all tracks but the current one on or off. That is in fact the subject of other requests so I'll leave that one be.

The most common time that I need to do this is when I need to send the main narration audio track out to Audacity for processing given that Camtasia has little in the way of built in tools. Before doing so I have to go through and tediously toggle off every other track in case it too has audio somewhere in it. Obviously THAT audio (be it system audio, a music track or whatever) often does not need to go through post processing.

This is time-wasting and tedious.

Until or unless a "toggle all tracks" option is implemented, one thing that would overcome this would be for the existing Export Audio Only command to be supplemented by a command of Export Audio For The Current Track Only.

It's still a lot more fiddly than simply exporting from an existing track, but that's still a nice piece of lateral thinking . It can save some time if you have maybe a dozen tracks, which I for one often do. Well done.

I agree.  This is easily done in ScreenFlow 8, where you can select an output preset of AAC Audio Only.
