So I am using the latest version of Camtasia and when I share my video to a local file in 1920x1080 after recording in 1920x1080 and editing in 1920x1080, my video appears to look fuzzy and it does not seem to look clear. How do I export a clear a video in the dimensions that I have used?

How are you viewing the video?

For example, if you are uploading to youtube, I notice my quality is pretty bad. At first. But if I give it some time, it gets much better. I'm assuming youtube is doing some kind of processing on it where maybe they create a low quality version and subsequently higher quality versions? I'm not sure as I'm no youtube expert. But that's certainly what it looks like.

Cheers... Rick :)

Hey Rick! I am viewing the video on my desktop through VLC media player. If the video is blurry on my desktop, it is definitely going be blurry when I upload it to YouTube.

How odd

I do agree if it looks blurry there it will definitely look blurry when it gets to youtube.

How does it look if you just view it using the Camtasia player? Perhaps there's something going on with VLC?

Cheers... Rick :)

It looks fine in Camtasia player. I don't think there is a problem with VLC because I tried other media players and they showed the same problem with the blurry quality.

Hello Jack;

Out of curiosity are you viewing the video in VLC player at 100% scale?

Yes, I am viewing the video in full screen. I tried other media players in full screen as well but I am stilling facing the blurry quality issue.
