Exporting a Alpha channel of Visual Properties Animation into a QuickTime WITH ALPHA

I have placed a Visual properties animation on a clip on V2. Sort of a custom page turn over the generic black of Camtasia's normal black default background V1.  If I drop another clip below on V1-this custom page transition that I built with Visual Properties Animation, it produces the "custom" transition I desire. IS there a way to EXPORT out Just V2 with an actual ALPHA CHANNEL into a QuickTime Movie file with alpha.  I can export the region with "produce section as..." I choose MOV and select Video Codec: Animation
Colors:  True Color+ (32-bit). It exports but although there is an Alpha Channel in the file, it is just solid black. there isn't a frame by frame Black and White "MATTE" key info, like what is used INSIDE Camtasia Studio 8 to Composite a final result.  Is exporting Alpha info from Visual Properties Animation possible??  I could always place this on a Green Background and export QuickTime and then key out color with NLE as Chroma Key?  But is there another way?

I have been very impressed with Camtasia Studio so far. Any former Pinnacle Programers there?

Camtasia Studio does not have the ability to export with alpha channel, but we do have a chroma key/green screen/remove a color feature that would be a workaround for what you are trying to accomplish. There is a tutorial on using the green screen effect here: http://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-camtasia-8-remove-color.html

Please let me know if this does not answer your question, or if you have more.
