Extend Frame cursor with keyboard shortcut

This is a very minor issue, but since I experience it hundreds of times every day, it would be great to fix. The issue occurs when you want to extend the last frame of a clip using alt-drag (Windows 10). When I hover my mouse over the right edge of the clip, I get the double arrow cursor. At that point, I should be able to press alt on my keyboard and get the extend cursor. Instead, it changes back to a pointer. In order to get the extend cursor, with the alt key still pressed, I need to move my mouse one pixel to the right and then back again to the edge of the clip. Then I can click and drag the clip to extend the frame. Most of my day is spent syncing slide show graphics with voiceover tracks, so I constantly use this feature.

If you hold down Alt first.
Then, move your cursor over the end of the end of the clip. It will convert into the extend frame cursor as soon as you hit the end of the clip.Saving you from the back and forth step that is aggravating you.

Thanks. Once I stop face-palming I will make good use of that.
