Extend Frame Function Idea

Since we all use this frequently, I suggest the following method to implement "Extend Frame."  Simply by adding a qualifier key (CTL, ALT, whatever), you can then drag out the mouse from the beginning or end of a clip in the required "Extension" direction.  CS would assume it is a still frame derived from the points mentioned.  Hovering over the created area of the clip would allow a popout field for entering the duration precisely if needed.

What you need to do is shorten the  video down to one frame and then extend the clip speed by 0.01x and then it will eventually go to the next frame so just take it to the end of the frame you want and copy and paste.
