Failure by connecting in Camtasia

I wanted to test the camtasia application for one month. If I start the programme, I get a popup with 2 possibilities: As I don't have a Software Key, I click on "connect to start". In the other browser window, I connect to the account and get the answer that I am connected

In Camtasia,I geht the second popup "You need to connect or give a software key". If I click on OK, the application closes automatically 

What can I do, to try this test version?

Are you are trying to produce a video to Screencast? Or is it you cannot install Camtasia?

I've never seen "Log in to start test" on the English version of Camtasia. So I'm not sure what to think.

It's possible servers were/are down and you connect later?
