Feature request -- Add support for original sound format (stereo, 5:1, etc) to Snagit video capture

I discovered an issue with Snagit video capture when I was trying to record a streaming video from my cable TV provider in which the content was a special musical broadcast to honor a musical group that had just received an award. The video contained musical performances by various artists to honor the honorees. The content's audio was not monorial; it was at least stereo and perhaps 5:1 or 7:1. The original video is no longer available from either from my cable TV provider or online but is stored in the cloud. I wanted to capture the recording to save to my personal storage in case the cloud storage lost it.

I was extremely disappointed to find that the 2-hour video capture that I made when streaming the video to my computer (which supports stereo, 5:1, and 7:1 audio) was downgraded to a single monorial audio track by Snagit.

As a software engineer, I can understand the desire for Snagit to produce small file sizes, however, I do not see a technical reason why this could not be a user-selectable option to pass the audio track(s) through unmodified to the resulting capture file if the user desires.

Please add the ability for the user to select the audio format supported by Snagit video capture. (Original, mono, stereo, etc.)

Note: This is related to issues #445974 and #446380.
