feature request: snagit (windows) quick-capture button docking behavior changed

Hi, in previous versions the quick-capture button would "stick" in place after you moved it, at least temporarily.  With the latest version it always jumps back to an edge.  Which is a little extra annoying when using windows via Remote Desktop.  You have to hover over the button a few extra seconds to be able to click the red button due to overlap with another window.

If that behavior wasn't removed intentionally, might be worth putting back at least as an option in the settings, to allow it to "stick" to a spot after moving.

Mine is sticking when I move it. I will move it and reboot to see to what extent it stays there

I should have clarified, it does remember the last edge position that it jumps to...so it started at the top but when I moved it to the right side it jumped to the right edge and has remembered that.

I just think the previous version would stay in the middle of the screen if I dropped it there, it would be nice if the behavior of jumping to an edge right away was a setting you could toggle on/off.
