Feedback process is ornerous!

Feedback should be easy.  Click somewhere and get a form or something to send the company your opinions.  To manage to send Feedback to TechSmith on the Snag it editor, I had to go through TWO verification prompts, uncover a verification email in my spam folder and get it out of hock, and other steps.  Gimme a break.

I AGREE! I think this is the MO of this TechSmith. I have been a long time user of Snagit, which was previously a FANTASTIC product, but it has become so unresponsive since the latest upgrade, I had nearly given it away. I discovered on their feedback site that installing Jing as a capture program and then editing in Snagit is a good work around. So I downloaded Jing and MY GOD.... I had to create a profile, then my name had a gap so it was not accepted, then my password had to be more than 6 characters, then finally my email address is apparently already being used (because I am a paid up subscriber of Snagit). Talking about onerous... with a capital O. Thanks for the great product Techsmith, but unfortunately that was all in the past. I'm out.
