getting a screenshot of tall web pages in Firefox Developers Edition, Snagit doesn't have the "down arrow" option when the web page goes below the Monitor.
This was just fixed a couple years ago and I don't know why it doesn't work again. :(
Please help. :) Thanks.

Websites install updates that break scrolling capture all time.
If this is something TechSmith can fix, it won't happen overnight.

You didn't say what version of SnagIt you're running.
Panoramic capture has been available since SnagIt 13's release.

If your running version 13 or above.
Have you tried using it?

Hi Joe! :)
Wow, thanks for replying so quickly.

I'm using Snagit version 13.1.7
I'm also using Firefox Developer Edition version 74.0b7 (64-bit)

Thanks for explaining. It'd be fantastic for me if both Companies would just get along.
Since that might be a stretch, anything Snait can do to resolve this again would be the Cat's Meow. :)

Thanks a million billion gazillioin. :)

Hi awbreton,

You don't mention in your post above if you have used the Panoramic option to do your capture?

This is our solution that resolves almost all of the issues people have with Scrolling Capture not working.

Here is more information on how to use that feature:
I hope this satisfies all your scrolling needs!
Thanks for using Snagit!!

Hi Kelly,
This is a manual and sketchy temporary work around that doesn't work well. A person has to manually scroll slow for the image to be correct.
I assume a Company as fantastic and professional as TechSmith with awesomely brilliant employees can easily get the automatic panoramic feature to work with Firefox Developer Edition.
Thanks for your understanding. :)
