Figured a screencast of my raw, initial reactions would be appropriate for this crew.

Awesome work - this will change things for chrome users. You are paving the way! Bravo.

Summary in words:
Couldn't delete a screenshot - expected a delete button in library view AND in edit mode
Had trouble getting to library view - expected to have that option on the extension button
Expected to be able to add text to image
Stumbled upon ability to rename screenshot (maybe have that highlighted when editor opens)
Expected to be able to re-edit previous annotations but instead it looks as though images are flattened and saved in Google/snagit library
Expected ability to open image from Google in Snagit for Chrome editor (right click or more button), instead, just opens flattened archived image

I might post another response if I have time, but I just wanted to say thanks a bunch for making this video, it's super cool to watch! Definitely appreciate it.

Some of the workflow things you ran into (wanting to open the library from the extension, etc) are things we definitely feel the pain points on, but are limited on changing at the moment due to the way the Chrome browser works. Sit tight...we're waiting to see what options emerge!

For deleting from the library, if you right-click on a capture, you can delete it from the context menu. You can also select multiple captures and delete them at the same time (look for the yellow box that highlights the image when you click on it in the library view).

Ok, I have a few more minutes and finished the video. Again, I love it, thanks so much!

Expectations on re-editing captures: Definitely. You're right, it does flatten the image when you leave. It's on the to-do list for sure.

Expect to "Open With" Snagit from within Google Drive. Great idea, would you use that specific mechanism to open images frequently, if it were available?

Delete key not deleting. I'm assuming you're on a Mac? The delete key on the Mac functions as the backspace key, unless you hold down the function key, which you observed. I think what's happening when you press "delete" is that it's registering as you pressing "back", which is taking you back into the library view. On Windows, there's a dedicated delete key, which definitely doesn't take you back, it deletes the annotation. I think this is a known situation, and we'll see if we can improve the process at all.

One other item of note: For every issue, feel free to make a separate post. It totally isn't spam, and actually helps us track/merge issues better. So use Snagit for Chrome like crazy, and every time you run into something, come back and make a new post!

Thanks again, your feedback was extremely awesome to see!
