Fix the (annoying) Time Delay option

I love being able to use time delay, but it really should be simpler to turn on and off.  Instead of the radio button, you have some painful process that forces users to:
1) To enable Time Delay, click On.
2) Click the radio button next to Time Delay (in the popup dialog) to enable it.
3.) Click outside of that popup to close the options.

And to turn it off, users have to repeat similar steps.

Consider changing this option to the following:

Best:
Change the label from "Time Delay" to "Delay [ ] seconds" or just "Delay [ ] s", where the user can set the value for seconds, but also turn on/off using the radio button.
[If space is an issue, then change the radio buttons to checkboxes.]

Least effort:
- replace the On with a radio button
- when the radio button is enabled, then show the seconds option to allow the user to see the setting or change it.

Either way, users would be able to turn the delay on or off with ease, making this frequently used feature less annoying to use. :-)

5 seconds isn't always enough time, it would be nice if the user can select the value.

Great Suggestion!  Making Time Delay easier to turn on and off would be a HUGH help.  The simplest solution, from a programming perspective, would be to make clicking the Time Delay label toggle the feature On/Off using the current settings.  This retains all the flexibility but makes it much easier to use.
