Hi,  Our compnay is working with a servie that requiers the following: a 15fps  and the bit rate which is fixed. I figured out how to get the 15fps but cannot figure out how to fix te bitrate.  Anyone know where I can find this?  I am saving a simple audio track with slide(s) as an MP4 (up to 480p).

When you go to produce your video, select "Custom Production Settings".  One of the settings tabs (Video Settings) allows you to adjust quality.  Drop down the box labeled "Encoding Mode" and select "Bitrate".  Then you can drag the slider to set the bitrate to a constant instead of a variable.  What bitrate you use will need to be messed with a little.  It depends on the source file, what you're using the production for...If you're streaming HD, try around 2000.  If your looking a broadcast quality, anything above 5000 will be ok.

You can also create a production preset so you won't have to go through the custom production route each time through.
