Is it possible to customize the Flash player that's used for exporting videos in Camtasia:Mac? Even if it requires editing the FLA file (or Flash Builder project)? I'd like to put my own colors and tweak the design. Is that possible?

I can help you if you're using the controller from Screencast.com. Are you by chance hosting the video on Screencast.com, then using the embed code on your own site or blog?

If so, and you're willing to crawl into that embed code, here are the things you can modify: http://www.screencast.com/help/tutori...

Let me know if you need a hand!

Hey Mike, no, I won't be hosting the videos on screencast.com. I'll be using another site and a CDN. I'd like to basically build off of the TechSmith player with just some little tweaks. Do you know if Dan Davis has the files available to share like what Brooks did a couple years ago with the AS2 players in Camtasia Studio?

Love,

Chris M.

Checking in on this issue again, it came up today. Any word on being able to change the color on the Camtasia:Mac player or Camtasia Studio Overlay player? The issue we have is that the general green tint of the player doesn't match the site or company color palette.

Is there a way to change the color of the player and completely remove the green tint?
