Framerate in SnagIt v. 12

I'm running SnagIt v. 12.2.2 (Build 2107) on Windows 10  and video is captured at a measly 10 FPS. I don't see anywhere to change the frame rate. Am I missing it somewhere? I believe newer versions have this feature.

Thanks!

Ror:

Thanks - I've seen that article, which references SnagIt 13 and later versions... But I have yet to find anything about version 12, which is what I am running. It appears the framerate option was something new in v. 13.

Hey Keith,

Having been a user of SnagIt from the dawn of time, I've discovered through it's progression that unless you move on, they don't necessarily provide support for older versions. That being said, and I'm sure you've looked, this seems to be one of the very few topics for v.12:

I was hugely reluctant to move away from v.11 since it provided me with the nefarious support of folders ;) However, I did finally 'upgrade' to 2019 as my reliance on folders was slightly outweighed by some of the improvements (including the return of OCR text). YMMV.
