Free Trial connection problem

Hi,

I've just downloaded the Free Trial of SNAG IT. When I start the trial, I click on SIGN IN... But I get the NOT CONNECTED message. I'm on my work PC (Govt). I know that I'm connected...

Is there something I have to do in my browser setup in order to SIGN IN and use SNAG IT ?
