Free Trial Ending Question

My free trial is about to end . If I have published my videos to MP4 in order to not loose them, i know that I can import the media and make changes to the video, but the watermark is still there.
How do I avoid this when we purchase the license. Will I have to start from scratch to avoid the watermark?

If you have saved your projects as a ".camproj" you can reproduce them without the watermark after you purchase Camtasia.

·         Once the program is purchased, watermarking will disappear for any further productions. This includes reproducing videos made during the trial version.
So, to be clear, once Camtasia is purchased, all video projects created with the trial version can be reproduced to remove the watermark.

Hi puntn,

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking but are you wondering if you make the video projects using a Trial Version, can you give those projects to someone else who has a license and have them produce the videos for you so they don't have a watermark on them?

If so, I will say no, since this goes against the spirit of the EULA you signed when installing the software which says you will not use any videos you create using the trial version for sharing, training, commercial use, etc.
The trial is meant for evaluation purposes only - so you can see if the software will meet your needs before you purchase.

We do offer a 30 day Camtasia license from the Steam store that allows you to produce those video projects and use them in whatever way you need. That 30 day version is only $14.99.

If you were asking a different question, please let me know. And, thank you for checking with us on the correct use of your trial software.

My trial is about to end and i'm working on a major project. Will i still be able to work on the project? (P.S I don't mind the watermark, i just don't want to be locked out of my work after the trial ends)

Years ago you could type
Repeat
into the activation code for a trial and get some more time.I don't know if that still works or not? I haven't run a trial version in years. But you could give it a try if need be.
