Always a problem in

You guys had a good product that just gets worse and you ignore all problems with no fixes or excuses.

How about a refund? When I buy a product I expect quality and service and you have given neither

Thank you for the detailed explanation of these issues with Snagit's scrolling capture feature, we appreciate the help and certainly understand your frustration.

You have identified a flaw with the nature of our scrolling capture mechanism. Because the site that you're capturing has what we call a "traveling or floating toolbar", as we scroll the page and take each subsequent capture, that toolbar gets in the way. As you can imagine, this wreaks all kinds of havoc when we attempt to "stitch" the images together at the end.

One possible workaround for this issue is to drag the URL from the address bar down to the Snagit dock icon. As long as this site doesn't require a log in, Snagit will capture that website in the background which should avoid this toolbar issue.
