Getting an error that my profile is incomplete and it will not allow me to update.

Getting this error on the Tech relay screen "This profile is not complete. Verify your account information is correct. If unable to address this profile problem, please contact your TechSmith Relay administrator."

So I'm assuming you are a presenter in the system and not an administrator?  If this is the case, please login to the TechSmith Relay website and click "Publish Account Setup" under the "Profile" menu to see if there are any publish accounts for which you have incomplete or invalid credentials.  If you do not see any there, then please have your system administrator give us a call and we can see if there are any other profiles that require updating on the administrator's end of things.
