GIF loops 3x but how to add a start button?

Hi, I am using Camtasia Mac 2018 and making GIFs. I open a M4 version of the file in SnagIt Mac 2019 to control the number of loops.

Question: I want to know how I can add a feature to enable the user to click the GIF to load it again after it stops. Ideally there would be a start button on the GIF image for the user to click on. I know the user can just reload the browser window, but the GIF would be part of a series of GIFS on the same page, and I don’t want to have all GIFs reload the same time.

Does anyone have any idea how I can accomplish this?

As far as I know there is no way to have that ability as part of the gif itself.

If it is being used in a webpage you can with the use of javascript or CSS make it reload.

Here is a example

no way to do it with just the gif image by itself.

Thank you, Dubie. This gifs would appear on a third party website where I am not able to apply either Javascript or CSS. As a workaround, I may consider just repeating the action 3x and export as M4 file to use its built in controller.
