Glitches in My Post Rendering Video

I just listened to the rendered mp4 video of my webinar and there are several glitches that are in the rendered version that aren't in the pre-rendered version (my Camtasia project file). There are some places in the rendered audio where there are missing words, a few places where there are random words sounding in the background briefly, at least one place where some words are just kind of garbled, and one entire video segment of me talking at the end of my rendered recording where my voice is off track with the video of me talking . Is there an easy fix for this please?

Hi there

How exactly was the webinar recorded in order to be able to render it from Camtasia?

From what is being described, it would seem perhaps you may have used the webinar recording facility and later imported that into Camtasia. And if that's the case, often these webinar services record at a very low frame rate. As such, there is a lot of data that goes missing and the audio bit may not be matching what Camtasia is expecting.

Cheers... Rick :)

Hey Rick,

I'm producing a pre-recorded webinar using the YouCam software on my laptop and my laptop camera to record myself talking for the webinar that I'm trying to produce. I imported the video files directly into my Camtasia project and the settings for YouCam are set at 1280 x 720 Capture resolution for all of my video clips.

I have a lavalier microphone that I use to record better quality audio and then I replace the YouCam audio track with the better quality audio track.

I have over 100 PowerPoint slides throughout the webinar that I have inserted into the project as PNG files.

The pre-production Camtasia project looks and sounds great with no glitches. It is after rendering that the glitches appear.

My computer has an i5-6200U 2.30 GHz CPU, 8 GB of RAM, Display Resolution is 1920 x 1080 x 60 hertz.

Here is the Camtasia Project settings report:

Mark down the time that each error occurs and select a little before and a little after that time and produce selection to see if the error is still there. If it persists then see what is there that you could temporarily move or delete and reproduce that area to see it that is causing the problem.
